License Terms

These license terms govern the rights of use for instrumental music tracks ("Beats") licensed via allaudioproductions.com. They supplement the Terms and Conditions. The authoritative and complete version of each license is the license PDF provided with the download; in case of conflict between this overview and the license PDF, the provisions of the license PDF apply.

General Provisions

• Licensor is Stefan Meyer (ALL AUDIO PRODUCTIONS), composer/producer and GEMA member (IPI/CAE: 1186023076).
• Upon payment of the license fee, the buyer receives the worldwide rights of use described in the respective license. Until full payment is made, all rights remain with the licensor.
• Unless an Exclusive license is acquired, all licenses are non-exclusive; the licensor is entitled to license the same beat to additional licensees.
• Licenses are not transferable without prior written consent from the licensor.
• GEMA registration of the resulting composition is to be carried out by the licensee; the producer share must be deposited with the licensor in accordance with the GEMA distribution plan.
• Crediting the producer in the song title or in the metadata is voluntary and not a condition of the license.
• The producer tag (audio watermark) audible in the shop preview serves exclusively for preview protection and is, in the download files (MP3, WAV, Stems) delivered after purchase, not included.
• Sync licenses (film, TV, advertising, games) are not included in the standard scope and require a separate agreement.
• In the event of default of payment or significant breach of the license conditions, the licensor may revoke the granted rights; content already provided must subsequently be withdrawn from circulation.

Overview of License Tiers

AAP License for Stems and Multitracks

For stem, multitrack, and sample pack products, the AAP License additionally applies. It is selected as binding during checkout (e.g., Church – single location, Church – multiple locations, Single event) and provided as a license PDF with the wording valid at the time of purchase. The content of this PDF is authoritative.

The AAP License exclusively governs the use of the audio files provided by us (including playback during church services or at the respective event, team usage, editing within the agreed scope). It is not a CCLI license and does not replace third-party rights — in particular not the rights to composition and lyrics, rights of performance rights organizations (GEMA/CCLI), or streaming/broadcasting licenses. The licensee (person or organization) is solely responsible for these rights.

The license applies to the scope specified in the PDF (location/locations or event) and is non-transferable without our prior written consent. In the event of a refund or an effective Right of Withdrawal revocation, the license is revoked; use must cease upon receipt of the notice, and existing copies must be deleted.

Studio Services, Coaching and Workshops

For mixing, mastering, and production orders, the rights of use for the finished result pass to the customer upon full payment (§ 7 T&C). Coaching and workshop services are services and do not constitute a license to music recordings; practice or accompaniment materials provided by us may only be used personally or within the booked group and may not be passed on or published.

• Registration of the resulting composition with the relevant collecting society is the licensee's responsibility; the producer's share is to be allocated according to the applicable distribution rules.
• Crediting the producer in the song title or metadata is voluntary and not a condition of the license.
• The producer tag (audio watermark) audible in the shop preview is a listening-protection measure only and is not contained in the files delivered after purchase (MP3, WAV, stems).
• Sync licenses (film, TV, advertising, games) are not included in the standard scope and require a separate agreement.
• In case of non-payment or material breach the licensor may revoke the granted rights; any content already published must subsequently be taken out of circulation.

In case of any discrepancy between the German and English versions, the German version prevails.
