Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal for distance contracts in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (Section 13 BGB).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The fastest way is by email: Send withdrawal via email. The message will be pre-filled with the text of the model withdrawal form; please add your order number and date.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

In the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. beat downloads, license PDFs) the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 356 (5) BGB, if we have commenced performance of the contract after you

1. have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
2. have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

This consent is actively obtained from you during checkout prior to conclusion of the contract. Once the download link has been provided, there is no longer a right of withdrawal.

Premature expiry for services (e.g. mixing/mastering)

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us.
